White River Productions has announce that they have aquired RMC and R&R while fulfilling all remaining subscriptions based on number of remaining issues. No word on the On30 and HOn3 Annuals.

Very interesting news. Kevin Eudaly is a very bright guy and certainly knows the hobby/railfan magazine industry like the back of his hand. Since White River Productions already provides many of the best publications in the field this might just work out after all. Still a shame what happened.
